Jeff BenderHarris, Executive Chairman As Executive Chairman, Jeff guides Harris by ensuring that we remain a disciplined deployer of our capital and a great owner of our businesses. He does this by leveraging the Harris framework which has at its foundation our core values which in turn support our three pillars (operational excellence, growth and people) and our ultimate objective of building an enduring organization. He also invests his TEA (time, energy & attention) coaching and mentoring our existing and future leaders, as well as ensuring that Harris is playing the long game. Before his appointment as Executive Chairman, Jeff made significant contributions to the company by holding various senior management positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Harris, Jeff spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche in their technology business practice. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Carleton University and his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in Ontario. |
Jean SoucyHarris, Chief Executive Officer As CEO of Harris, Jean is responsible for operating performance and resource allocation across the company’s vertical businesses. This means delivering our products and services at high standards of quality & efficiency as well as selecting new investment opportunities that will generate substantial long-term value. Jean contributes actively to Harris’ coaching and mentoring programs, leadership development and the consistent application of Harris’ best practices. Previously, Jean was Harris’ Public Sector Group President, where he focused on vertical acquisitions and geographical expansion. Prior to joining Harris in 2012, he held leadership positions in software businesses where he had responsibility for growing share in both mature and emerging markets. Jean has over 25 years of software industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and a MBA from Concordia University. |
Judy HendriksHarris, Chief People Officer Judy is Harris’ Chief People Officer and brings the voice of the Harris Employees and Harris leaders to the executive leadership team. Judy has been instrumental in creating our unique, evolving, and award-winning culture. She has dedicated her career to attract, coach and develop best-in-class talent to solve our global growth and cultural engagement. Judy values the whole person and strives to provide a place for people to bring their best self to work every day. In addition to her people focused perspective she has diligently built programs and processes that support our customer and business leaders to focus on best practices and excellence. Judy has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Queen’s University and a Post Graduate in Human Resources from Humber College. Todd RichardsonHarris, Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Todd works directly with the Executive Chairman and the entire executive team to ensure that Harris meets or exceeds employee, customer and shareholder expectations. He oversees Harris’ global financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and taxation and plays a key role in business acquisitions. Todd joined Harris in March 2015 and brings over 30 years of experience with both private and public companies to the role. Prior to joining Harris, Todd spent 11 years with Mitel Networks Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. Todd lives in Ottawa with his wife and three children and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University. In 1996 he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation. |
John JurgaitisHarris, Chief Investment Officer As Chief Investment Officer, John is responsible for oversight and execution of Harris’ largest acquisitions as well as platform acquisitions in new geographies. John also supports Harris by implementing M&A best practices and providing leadership and coaching to the M&A teams of Harris’ various Groups. John joined Harris in 2012 and has been involved in over 75 of Harris’ acquisitions, including Harris’ entries into the Healthcare and Financial Services verticals as well as Harris’ platform investments in Europe, Latin America and Africa. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Investment Officer, John led the M&A function for various Harris portfolios and started his career in the Investment Banking Division of a major global bank. John lives outside of Toronto with his wife and three children and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University. |
Cameron MahbubianHarris, Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer, Cameron works directly with the Executive Chairman the entire executive team to ensure the use of modern IT solutions to streamline our corporate IT processes and the innovation & development of initiatives to help create new products and solutions with the goal of delighting our customers. Cameron also invests time towards our continued market development and expansion through acquisition efforts. Cameron brings over 20 years of software engineering and technical architecture experience having worked with several industry leading entities in a myriad of sectors, namely education, government, healthcare, public services, and utilities and can often be seen presenting on such topics on the global conference circuit. |
Santina AllenGroup President, Healthcare As President of the Harris Healthcare Group, Santina Allen understands the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and is responsible for ensuring Harris' businesses address today's needs and align with the needs of an enduring business. Santina brings a strong growth and innovation mindset, operational experience and decades of experience dedicated to improving patient care through information technology. Her strategic vision guides the healthcare vertical's decisions and investments. Santina's deep industry knowledge combined with her executive experience developed throughout her career, including her time at Harris as a Portfolio Leader and Executive Vice President. She joined Harris in 2013 with the acquisition of QuadraMed, where she was responsible for professional services globally. Prior to QuadraMed, Santina served in leadership roles at Misys Healthcare Systems International (West Sussex, UK) and Sunquest Information Systems (Tucson, AZ). Santina has a degree in Medical Technology from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI) and is based in Pittsburgh, PA. |
Dennis AsburyGroup President, Frontline As President of the Frontline Operating Group, Dennis is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, leadership development, as well as mergers and acquisitions. The Frontline Operating Group focuses on public safety, corrections, local government, education, virtual learning, crisis management, tax, CAMA, and revenue management arenas. Before his appointment as President of Frontline, Dennis held the position of Portfolio Leader of Harris’ Public Sector Group. In this role he was responsible for all local government and education business units, as well as M&A functions. Prior to that Dennis was the Executive Vice President of several Harris businesses, which has proven helpful when working with customers and employees alike. Dennis has 25 years of technology experience, beginning in the with the hardware sector. He served as the Senior Executive of a leading west coast technology integrator located in Vancouver, BC, before joining Harris. He currently resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife, two children, and dogs. |
Scott MackendrickGroup President, International Scott oversees Harris’s international businesses in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, with a focus on both organic growth and expansion through acquired growth. Within the portfolio are businesses in all of Harris’s core verticals, including Healthcare, Utilities, Public Sector and Education. Scott joined Harris in 2006, and has prior experience leading various Harris businesses in the US and Canada, where he lived in Vancouver prior to relocating to Germany. Prior to his current role, Scott was a leader for Harris’s DACH (Germany, Austria, Swizerland) Portfolio of businesses. |
Rob McGinnisGroup President, Onyx As President, Rob leads the strategic direction and growth of our Utilities, Insurance, Construction, Transportation, and Retail businesses. In this role, he ensures that our mission-critical software systems, including customer information systems (CIS), insurance administration systems, and retail point of sale (POS) systems, meet and exceed the needs of our diverse client base. These solutions are utilized by over a thousand utilities, thousands of insurance agents, and drive millions of retail transactions. Rob is focused on building lasting customer relationships, delivering high-quality software, and fostering an exceptional work environment for his team. Rob brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience to his current role. Marcus PerezGroup President, Altera As President of Altera Digital Health, Marcus Perez currently oversees all facets of a global healthcare IT software company that provides solutions for hospitals and health systems, as well as large physician practices. Marcus leads Altera Digital Health with a vision to make digital healthcare better every day by focusing on the Harris Core Values, driving to build an enduring organization. Ensuring Client Success, delivering flawless projects, and building products that drive stakeholder value, are the main priorities across Altera. Marcus joined Harris in 2012 and has held numerous leadership roles within the Public Sector and Healthcare Groups. Prior to assuming the role at Altera, Marcus was an SEVP/Portfolio Leader within the Harris Healthcare Group, overseeing several business units serving hospitals in the OR, Critical Care, data analytics, maternity, and cost center areas, along with the LTPAC space. Marcus has been an EVP for multiple businesses with a track record of improvement post-acquisition, as well as serving in sales leadership. Marcus is a 1989 graduate of West Point and a Veteran, having spent more than a decade in the military as a helicopter pilot and instructor. Natasha VilleneuveGroup President, Quebec, France & Latin America Natasha joined Harris in 2007 following the acquisition of PG Solutions, where she served as the Director of Project Office. Since then, she has held various executive leadership positions, allowing her to develop a solid expertise in the company's business model. Currently, as the Group President for the Quebec, France, and LATAM entities, she actively works on business acquisitions, placing a particular emphasis on sustainability. Passionate about creating value and nurturing talent, Natasha collaborates closely with her management teams to implement mechanisms for sharing the best practices they have learned over time. Outside of work, she dedicates time to outdoor activities and meditation, while maintaining a fulfilling balance with her family life. |
Mike WaltersGroup President, Telecom & Revenue Cycle Management As President, Mike is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing acquisitions & integrations, and driving the performance of businesses within the group. As a leader, Mike is dedicated to establishing an enduring organization with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, both through acquired and organic growth, while nurturing a people-first environment. Before assuming the role of President, Mike gained a wealth of experience at Harris since joining in 2014, holding various senior management positions across Finance, M&A, and Operations teams. Based in Ottawa with his wife and two children, Mike embarked on his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, an MBA from McMaster University, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Ontario. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mike is an enthusiastic hockey player and golfer, a lifelong Leafs fan, and dedicates much of his spare time to coaching an increasing number of sports teams for his children. |
