Ottawa, Canada, October 19, 2017 - Harris’ Healthcare group (“Harris”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Clinix Medical Information Systems, LLC. (“Clinix”). Clinix provides practice management solutions to billing companies and medical practices in the United States.
Clinix’s innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions complement Harris’ existing healthcare information technology (“HCIT”) portfolio. Harris will continue to develop, sell, implement, and support Clinix’s products from its headquarters in Brentwood, TN.
