Toronto and Ottawa, Canada, November 13, 2012 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU) announced that pursuant to the terms of the previously announced merger agreement,  Constellation’s subsidiary, N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”) , completed the acquisition of Computer Software Innovations (“CSWI”) by effecting a “short-form” merger under Delaware law and CSWI became a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris.  Following the merger, CSWI’s stock will cease to be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.

CSWI is engaged in the development and sale of internally developed software and the sale and distribution of computers and network and communications hardware, as well as interactive collaborative classroom technologies. CSWI markets its products and services primarily to education, local government agencies and not-for-profit entities in the southeastern United States

As a result of the transaction, CSWI will become part of the Harris Public Sector & School Group and will continue to focus on providing a high level of customer engagement from its base in Easley, South Carolina.
