Ottawa, Canada, August 24, 2018 - Harris’ Healthcare group (“Harris”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Iatric Systems Inc. (“Iatric”). Iatric provides Interoperability, EHR optimization and privacy and Security tools for Healthcare professionals in US, Canada and UK.
Iatric’s solutions complement Harris’s existing healthcare information technology (“HCIT”) portfolio. Harris will continue to develop, sell, implement, and support the Iatric products.
