Laval, Québec, November 26, 2019 - ACCEO Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of N. Harris Computer Corporation, announces that it has acquired Informatique Nouvelle Technologie Inc. (“La Solution INT”), designer of the PROCARDEX and PROAVO-K software solutions, dedicated to supporting notaries and lawyers in their practice. La Solution INT will be an integral part of the ACCEO Solutions SMB unit.
ACCEO Solutions SMB, which already operates a specialized practice that serves notary offices (ProNotaire), will integrate La Solution INT’s development and support teams in its ranks. Therefore, the two product suites, dedicated to the notaries market, will continue to be developed and supported for their respective clientele, while benefiting from the consolidated expertise that this acquisition provides.
