N. Harris Computer Corporation’s (“Harris”) healthcare group announced today that it has completed the acquisition of virtually all the business activities of Pulse Systems, Inc. (“Pulse”). Pulse provides practice management (PM) and electronic health record (EHR) solutions as well as revenue cycle management (RCM) services for ambulatory healthcare practices across a variety of specialties in the United States.
Pulse complements Harris’s existing PM/EHR and RCM portfolios. Harris will continue to develop, support, and implement the Pulse products.
