Ottawa, ON, January 19, 2021 – Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, adds to its public sector portfolio with the acquisition of Eagle Advantage Solutions Inc. (EAS), a provider of law enforcement software.
EAS provides records, jail and correctional facilities management solutions, as well as mobile patrol and biometrics software to more than 200 government agencies across the Southeastern United States. EAS President, Cathy Guillebeau, comments: “We look forward to growing with Harris, to build upon our success and advance our product offerings to better serve our customers”.
