Founded in 1998, Vital offers software solutions specific to the New Jersey Property Tax System used by tax assessors and administrators.
Vital will join Harris Recording Solutions , which offers a variety of software products designed for customers to carry out the recording responsibilities of their offices while providing an exceptional customer service experience to constituents and businesses.
