Ottawa, ON, May 7, 2021– Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, expands its education portfolio with the acquisition of eScholar LLC, a US-based data analytics software provider.
Founded by Shawn Bay in 1997, eScholar’s suite of products brings together disparate student data sets to streamline processes, delivering insightful analysis and personalized education planning for local and state education agencies. I’m confident this acquisition will open up new opportunities to advance the company.”
eScholar will become an integral part of Harris School Solutions, which designs, develops, and supports solutions to meet challenges faced by schools, school districts, and education agencies.
