A Message from our CEO
Our People, Our Success: "At Harris, our 15,000+ employees are our greatest advantage. Our success is a direct reflection of their contribution and customer-first mindset. As we begin the new year, we are especially proud to recognize the team members whose leadership and hard work earned them promotions in 2025. It is their talent that allow us to thrive as a decentralized yet thoroughly aligned organization."
Welcoming TECVIA and Entering the Driver-Education Vertical
On November 17, 2025 Harris had the pleasure of welcoming TECVIA Group GmbH to our organization, broadening our portfolio across Europe and continuing our strategy of investing in specialized, mission-critical software businesses.
This acquisition marks TECVIA’s transition from private equity ownership to a long-term home within Harris. Under Unigestion Private Equity, TECVIA sharpened its strategic direction and strengthened its leadership in digital driver education solutions across Europe. As part of Harris, the company will extend its growth trajectory with an emphasis on sustainable innovation, close customer engagement, and strong local management.
Based in Munich, Germany, TECVIA employs roughly 430 professionals across five countries and delivers a comprehensive, workflow-oriented software ecosystem for driving schools. TECVIA ranks among the leading providers in each of its core markets, enabling over 1.6 million driving students annually to train and progress using its technology.

A Culture of Excellence – Looking Ahead to 2026
Excellence is a habit forged through daily discipline. Much like a mountain ascent, our progress is built on small, intentional steps that lead to significant advancements. As we venture into 2026, our objective is clear: to sustain our organic and acquired growth by nurturing deep relationships within our community of software users and builders with all the autonomy our businesses need to best serve our unique markets.

The 2024 HCTC brought together over 1100 attendees, it made a significant impact for all involved. Harris was well-represented as the following Business Units attended to communicate and share knowledge with their client-base: Advanced Utility Systems, Altera Digital Health, Cayenta, Cogsdale, DataVoice, Harris ERP, inHANCE, NorthStar, ServiceLink, SmartWorks, System Innovators and Systems & Software.

Highlights included the "Let’s Glow" Cocktail Reception, sponsored by InvoiceCloud, and the lively All-Star Banquet, sponsored by Paymentus, featuring an impressive entrance by a 10-piece drumline.

While large conferences benefit industries in host cities, they can also strain local infrastructure, the environment, and resources. At HCTC, we work to reduce this impact by using eco-friendly, B-certified swag and partnering with a carbon capture organization, Tradewater to offset emissions from travel for HCTC attendees. This year, we’ve committed to recapturing over 900 tons of CO2e—equivalent to 2.3 million miles driven by a gasoline-powered vehicle or the energy used by 119 homes for a year.

HCTC also seeks to positively impact the local community. In Atlanta, we partnered with Science ATL, a nonprofit that engages 100,000 people annually through science outreach. Group Presidents presented a $15,000 donation to Science ATL co-founder Jordan Rose during the event.
Reflecting on HCTC 2023, which was held in Florida, we recognized the importance of supporting the state’s recovery from recent hurricanes. On behalf of all HCTC attendees, we donated $5,000 to the Red Cross of Florida to assist in recovery efforts after the second round of storms.
The exhibit hall at HCTC 2024 was engaging and interactive. We’d like to take a moment to thank our premier sponsors:
We’d also like to extend our thanks to the other HCTC sponsors: Bluefin, Corpay, DataVoice, Infosend, OnLine Utility Exchange, Partner Software, Paystar, Questline Digital, ServiceLink, Silverblaze, SmartWorks, and Solventum.
We are excited to announce the details of HCTC 2025, which will take place at the Gaylord Pacific in San Diego, CA, from December 2–4, 2025.
